Technology Roadmap Analyst - SCT A&S (TM)


We are looking for you to support our area Automotive Central Functions. The Technology Roadmap Analyst is responsible for the Semiconductor Technology Roadmap and the independent steering of the roadmap towards sustainable technologies and cross Business Area re-use.

 The tasks to be pursued include:

  • Deriving semiconductor technology roadmap from product roadmap in close cooperation with the product group;
  • Regular update of technology roadmap and further development of these roadmap;
  • Independent analysis of roadmap concerning technology trends, risks and possible consolidations of chip families and chips inside a chip family;
  • Align technology roadmap with business areas, Purchasing, Logistic and Key Account Management;
  • Independent steering of the roadmap towards sustainable technologies;
  • Drive technology roadmap towards favorable technologies and preferred components;
  • Drive cross business area re-use of chip families and components;
  • Responsible for further technology analyst to support the roadmap analyst;
  • Cooperation with Business Areas on the generation of the Reference BoT;
  • Cooperation with Key Account Management and Logistic on the future; technology demand planning based on the Reference BoT’s.

These are just some of the requirements which can ensure a good integration in our team:

  • Master in Electrical Engineering or comparable;
  • Hands-on experience in semiconductor business;
  • Strong knowledge of data processing tools (MS-Excel, Python Jupiter Notebook);
  • Good network within business area R&D departments;
  • Good written and spoken language skills in German and English;
  • Strong communication skills, cross functional and cross business areas;
  • Multiyear professional experience in Semiconductor technology, components in the field of automotive;
  • Excellent knowledge on semiconductor technologies and automotive requirements for these technologies.
