Maintenance Technician

• Provide technical support to production to achieve daily target output 

• Monitor & provide yield improvements, root cause analysis for top defects and corrective & preventive actions to maintain high FPY and low Scrap rate 

• Supports Process Engineers in qualification of new product, materials, machines and equipment. 

• Support process improvement activities. 

• Support Process Engineer on all activities such as cycle time improvement, line balancing, parts recovery/FA process, Parts/Material (in direct) qualification, Data collection (Evaluations), material/product inspection for validation and Process Improvements. 

• Monitor operations processes and provide support for the resolution of process issues 

• Conduct line audits to affirm that set standards of quality are followed. (CP, FO, SW, Process Logs, 5K/LPA, etc.) 

• Shares skills and knowledge to operators and participate in TPM activities 

• Coordinate and cooperate with other groups (Production, QA, FA, TE, CETS) on issues concerning processes and improvement activities. 

• Maintains 5S around work areas and follows safety procedures in all activities 

• Graduate of Technical Course 

• Experienced on troubleshooting/analysis in manufacturing areas
