MFA Specialist for Windows Client Computers

We're searching for a Windows Client Authentication specialist to strengthen our globally distributed Windows Client design team.

The position has been invented to research and integrate newest authentication features (MFA) and maintain new security and functional features at our global Windows Client environment and to support our worldwide customers at the rollout, installation and troubleshooting processes.

Focus is the assurance of best user experience paired with highest MFA security level.
These new security relevant tools and processes need to be evaluated, tested and globally implemented.

Alignment and knowledge sharing within the global team, international IT administrators and Group Sectors ITs is as well an elementary task.

Education: 

• Graduate from IT as System Engineer with a degree, Information Technology Degree, or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree needed)
• Certification 2 to 3 years of experience supporting MS Windows environment (Client / Server)
• Certification or equivalent knowledge in supporting at least one operating system such as Windows 10 / 11

Professional Experience:

• Detailed knowledge about Windows Client and Windows Server and AD infrastructure.

• Proven experience in Windows 10 / 11 client area

• Experience in implementing MFA based Windows Client login mechanisms (Linux/MACOs as a plus)

• Knowledge in Microsoft Azure and Intune

• Knowledge in Microsoft Deployment Technologies like MDT and Autopilot as a plus

• Good experience in scripting with PowerShell, Bash

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Mac OS and Ubuntu knowledge as a plus

• Willingness to learn new technologies like Azure/Intune and endpoint protection strategies

Project and/or Process experience:

• Basic knowledge about methodology and ITIL V3 best practices, as well as customer service 

• Knowledge in agile project work or DEVOPs organizations as a plus

Intercultural / International experience:

• Experience and willingness to work in an internationally distributed team

•Fluent in English (knowledge of German is a plus).
