Manager Material Flow

Salary from 3 068€ gross, the final form of the salary offer will depend on knowledge and experience;
Head of the organizational unit "Material Flow" within the Plant- SCM;
Manage and control the development of the appropriate skills, processes and tools for his/her team;
Project controlling, developping, monitoring and reporting of relevant key performance indicators of own area of responsibility to stakeholders;
Ensuring that the team delivers to projects and defined improvement and efficiency targets;
Organising all technical and HR related prerequisites for an efficient function of the Material Flow department;
Ensure implementation of Policies, Manuals and Standards according the Continental Automotive regulations;
Budget responsible for own cost centers;
Support implementation of new technologies.

Academic degree or similar qualification aquired in long lasting job practice;
High level on English skills;
5+ years Logistics experience expected;
2+ years of Leadership experience required;  
Experienced with MS Office and SAP R/3;
Knowledge of Continental SCM standards, processes and instruments;
Experiences working in an international team and intercultural knowledge;
Project management, Lean methodology;
High level of coaching and communication skills.
