あなたの仕事内容
An IT DevOps Engineer for CI/CD is an IT generalist and specialist who should have a wide-ranging knowledge of both development and operations, including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, DevOps toolchains and ITSM topics like Incident Management and Problem Management.
Working style is: 'Going beyond a single role'.
You will collaborate with development teams to design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines that enable the rapid and reliable delivery of software applications and infra platforms with high quality and in a secure way.
You need to foster effective collaboration between development, operations, and QA teams. Act as a bridge between development and operations, ensuring smooth handover and knowledge sharing. Make sure understand customer needs, processes and value. Customer and DevOps needs to collaborate to design solutions and reach the same target (value of co-creation). Writing Software and Scripts to support Business Needs.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of software development practices, including version control, build systems, and automated testing especially in the area of CI/CD
- Experience in ITSM tools like BMC for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
- Proficiency in scripting and/ or coding languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell etc.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure provisioning and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with configuration management tools and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) concepts is considered a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Good English language skills spoken and written.
