Backend Intern

In Continental Autonomous Mobility Hungary, we are creating the next generation of software solutions to power safety-critical systems and enable autonomous driving features in new vehicles around the globe. Your Task 

• As a Backend Engineer Intern, you will support the development of the data visualization and data management tool of our large-scale data pipeline, supporting simulation and AI training use cases 
• Work closely with development teams with the help of a mentor. 
• Participate in tool development for backend services and analytics to optimize performance and scalability. 
• Contribute to the operation of high-performance backend systems in the cloud.

• Experience in Python programming language. 
• Familiar with SQL/NoSQL database management systems, concepts. 
• Familiar with REST 
• Experience with web application development (Chrome, Edge) 
• Ongoing studies at a Hungarian university at least for the next 6 months in a technical area: Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related area. 
• Good command of English language. 
• Able to work 24 hours/week. 
• Work independently, accomplish the tasks accurately and precisely. 
• Have team player attitude and good communication skills. 
• Be able to collaborate and work in an agile team environment. 
• Be interested in industry leading technologies, patterns, processes and best practices.
