BU New Product Launch Manager (NPLM) Passive Safety
Responsible for completion of launch activities in the NA region within ECC Operations to meet the specific cost, capacity, timing and quality requirements for new products
Oversees the implementation of new equipment and processes necessary for the product and being the interface between core team members, R&D and production plant
Develop the Manufacturing Concept based on product architecture and requirements matching them to state of the art production processes and technologies
In multiple location launches, (s)he is capable to lead the coordination and alignment of the involved locations
Regularly align and report the Operations project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set
Bachelor / Master degree in a related field
At least 5 years experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions.
Worked as Launch Manager of a period of at least 3 years
Experience as Launch Manager for at least two projects with expertise in electronic production
Communication, Negotiation & Presentation skills
Fluent English skills required to work in an international team
Ability to complete task with minimal supervision
Organizational and time management skills.
