Process Engineering Manager
-To lead the development and actions implementation for continuous improvement, scrap reduction, process efficiency and quality standards regarding the product in all production stages.
-To guide the development and implementation of process specifications, procedures, technical specifications, work instructions and other necessary documents for the respective production areas.
-To give support for quantity production in case of problems with processes and products.
-To promote the continuous improvement of processes and products in terms of quality and costs through their personnel in charge and productive areas.
-To direct the development of functional processes in the respective areas from the experimental stage to the final stage of production.
-To evaluate new product introductions as well as process capability.
-To approve the set of processes, procedures, technical specifications, work instructions and other documents (Control plans, MTC).
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar fields required.
-Minimum work experience of 5 to 7 years in manufacturing processes, quality or product industrialization.
-Process and product manufacturing tire knowledge (Advanced).
-Lean manufacturing (Basic).
-Quality systems (Basic).
-Project management (Advanced).
-Costs management (Advanced).
