As Treasury Systems & Process Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing treasury management processes and systems across the group. This includes implementing standardized processes, supporting system integration, and ensuring smooth operations of the Treasury Management System (TMS). You will act as a key contact for group companies and collaborate closely with banks, system providers, and internal stakeholders.
Main Tasks:
- Administration of Treasury Management Processes and Systems
- Implement standardized processes and systems within Group Treasury and relevant subsidiaries
- Support the group-wide implementation of the standard Treasury Management System
- Administer static data in the TMS and related upstream/downstream systems (e.g., access rights, bank accounts)
- Serve as the main contact for group companies regarding TMS and standard treasury processes
- Communicate with banks and contractual partners, including account opening and administration, KYC compliance
- Coordinate system support and administration of the TMS with the system provider
- Assist with bank integration into the TMS and expansion of interfaces to ERP and other relevant systems, including updating payment formats and channels
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Contribute to treasury, finance, or cross-functional projects
Profilja
- Degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in treasury, preferably in an international company
- Experience with common TMS solutions (Kyriba is a preferred)
- Knowledge of cash management, payment formats, and KYC regulations
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- High IT affinity
