The Global IT Team Lead SAP Supply Chain Planning & Warehouse Managment is responsible for defining, governing, and delivering SAP solutions across Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), and Inventory & Warehouse Management (WM).
This role leads the global SAP Supply Chain (SCM) team to ensure that planning, production, maintenance, and logistics processes are efficient, standardized, and fully integrated within the company’s global SAP landscape.
The position combines functional expertise, solution architecture, and team leadership, providing strategic direction and operational oversight for SAP Supply Chain systems worldwide.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a global team of SAP functional experts across PP, PM, QM, and WM areas
- Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of SAP processes in: PP (Production Planning, PM (Plant Maintenance), QM (Quality Management) Inventory & Warehouse (MM/WM/EWM)
- Ensure integration with Finance (FICO), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Procurement (MM).
- Govern and maintain the global SAP Supply Chain template and change control process.
- Lead a global team of SAP functional experts across PP, PM, QM, and WM.
- Partner with business process owners in Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing.
- Manage collaboration with external SAP support partners
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for SAP SCM team members.
- Establish global process and system governance for Supply Chain modules.
- Maintain robust documentation, change control, and audit trails
- Oversee rollout and support of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain functionality across regions.
- Manage issue resolution, root cause analysis, and service delivery metrics for SCM modules.
- Lead cross-functional testing, integration validation, and production cutovers.
- Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality implementations (e.g., EWM migration, Advanced Planning integration).
- Contribute to the global SAP roadmap and ensure alignment with business strategy.

	Skills & Competencies
- Deep knowledge of PP, PM, QM and WM modules and their integration
- Understanding of MRP, production execution, maintenance cycles, and shop-floor control
- Ability to lead global functional teams and manage cross-regional projects
- Experience establishing process and change governance across multiple regions
- Strong understanding of FI/CO, SD, and MM integration points
- Experience defining and maintaining a global SAP template
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years SAP experience, with at least 3–5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Hands-on expertise with S/4HANA Manufacturing / Logistics processes preferred.
- Proven experience leading SAP global template rollouts and system harmonization.
