CSS senior operator

• The Senior Operator position in CSS is an operator position with additional responsibilities.
• Operate and monitor all the equipment and machines within the CSS area most of the tasks while meeting corporate quality and safety standards
• Assist and fill in for lead with daily production flow
• Use independent judgment to support, make decisions, and troubleshoot in areas of set-up, operation, and processes
• Issue procedures and work instructions, ensure implementation of measures, and maintain controls
• Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
• Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
• Other duties as assigned
• Filter cleaning for the laser cleaner
• Coordination and organization of the rework area

Scrap 1 monitoring

• One or more years of experience in the CSS department at Continental Tire or exceed expectations
• Certified in all operations in CSS and TSE
