Financial Analyst (Controlling)

The Finance Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial actuals, identifying trends, and investigating the root causes of unexpected variances. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure financial strategies are aligned with business objectives. The analyst will also identify process gaps and recommend steps to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reviews and decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA is a strong advantage

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance roles

• Proficient in SAP, with exposure to multiple modules; expertise in FI/CO is required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Demonstrated success in leading or contributing to finance-related projects

• At least 2 years of experience working in a multicultural or global environment
