We are looking for you, an IT Solution Manager (m/f/diverse), to join our Information Technology team in the area Business Applications for Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law. Hybrid Work is possible.
The main objective of this position is the responsibility for the operation of applications in the area of Purchasing and Finance.
Core Responsibilities:
- You work as an IT partner and IT provider with your customers in Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law
- You ensure close cooperation with divisions/regional hubs as well as with internal and external partners
- You are responsible for handling of tickets, incidents and changes
- You steer, plan and implement requested changes and extensions together with the business application manager / business key users
- You control the budget for services and create order requisitions
- You provide support for continuous optimization of individual applications, their strategies and architecture
- You are actively involved in global IT and business projects
- You assist in the development of global standards, strategies and concepts and their implementation in the area of Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law
Profilja
Basic Qualifications:
- Academic Degree in computer science, business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Experience in Purchasing and/or Finance and/or Integrity & Law processes appreciated
- Excellent communication skills
- Business fluent English skills (spoken and written)
- Teamplayer with willingness to work in a global team environment
- Very good negotiation skills and ability to find workable solutions for all parties involved
- Independent, structured, result- and customer-oriented working style
Preferred Qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in IT service management or project environment
- Knowledge or experience in service management, e.g. as a service or application owner
- Knowledge of business analytics tools, cloud services, server management, SAP BW and Mendix
- Experience in managing external service providers

- Compensation package: 14th salaries plus performance bonus

- Work Abroad - Possibility to work abroad within the EU for 20+20 days per year (two different countries).
- Vacation days - 22 days per year + 3 extra days the following year (considering absenteeism). Seniority days added starting from 3 years in the company.
- Referral Bonus - A bonus of 500€ or 750€ (depending on the seniority of the candidate) is paid for each referral.
