Your tasks
Do you want to actively support our Tires IT strategic work in the area of Quality Governance and Process Management?
In the Tires IT department, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to support our team starting July 1, 2025, for a period of 6 months or longer, working 20 hours per week. The work will take place both on-site and from home.
Become part of our proactive team that drives various topics related to the Tires IT process landscape and quality assurance in accordance with internal and external automotive standards. For example, you will prepare the Tires IT Risk Management status and other reports.
In close collaboration with the Competence Center and regional managers of Tires IT, you will work together with our Tires IT Quality Governance and Process Manager to ensure a high level of transparency at all organizational levels, thereby contributing to our internal effectiveness and the success of Tires IT
Your tasks will be
- Processing the information asset register of the Tires organization
- Coordination of the coordination with the process owners and asset owners to check that the assets are up to date
- Updating the asset register
- Revision of the Tires IT risks
- Entry of existing risks including their descriptions
- Risk categorization
- Discussion of the risk assessment together with the risk owners
- Coordination and documentation of process changes to the Tires IT process landscape with the help of the process owners
- Active participation in cross-organizational IT Quality Community Meetings, as well as exchange and cooperation with other Competence Centers and Regional Quality Representatives
- Advice and support for internal risk management measures and sport checks of the evidence of the internal control system
Your profile
- Student (m/f/d) in the fields of Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable discipline
- Experience in developing process workflows and quality controls or internal control systems
- Moderation and collaboration skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and German language both spoken and written
- Interest in topics related to digitalization and information technology
- Highly motivated team player who enjoys working in an international environment
