HR Operation Asia Specialist

1. Employee Data Project Operational Support:
1) Daily Operation support for Country SAP HR HCM usage, to guide country internal users to operate SAP correctly
2) Centralized monitor monthly Employee Master Data quality and coordinate with local users for correction
3) Coordinate with Corporate HR Operations team for GHR related topics
4) Provide the user training on SAP HR HCM usage
2. Payroll Outsourcing:
1) Monitor the payroll outsourcing vendor performance and work with vendor for continuous improvement
2) Central management for all payroll system changes and SAP HR HCM system change
3) To support the other proper on-going national related projects
3. Project Management:
1) Support other HR related projects roll out in the country
2) Support on HR Excellence implementation in the country3. Project Management:
1) Support other HR related projects roll out in the country
2) Support on HR Excellence implementation in the country
4. Other tasks which assigned by the Superiors

1) College degree, major in Human Resources Management, accounting or related
2) Minimum 1 year experience in SAP HR HCM usage experience
3) Good English communication ability and team spirit
4) Logic thinking and experience in HR shared Services / system supporting works
5) Other language is needed if requested
