HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Leads the implementation of regional sequencing systems by planning and supporting roll-outs in regional plants, in collaboration with Product Owners, regional Engineering, regional IT, and plant stakeholders.
Provides consultation and support for problem-solving by analyzing data and application issues, testing, and steering the implementation of patches in cooperation with central second-level support. Follows up on centrally addressed issues and proposes enhancements based on findings.
Conducts gap analysis workshops and evaluates plant enhancement requests, initiating corrective actions. Creates or evaluates changes in business processes proposed by plant units, translates them into change requests (PICR), supports, and performs Business Acceptance Tests (BATs). Ensures sufficient cross-application business test cases for BATs are defined. Coaches the roll-out to regional plants.
Monitors the usage level of sequencing systems in the region, providing coaching and following up on corrective actions.
Develops local training manuals and trains Local Key Users, providing ongoing coaching to plant personnel.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong process-oriented thinking, with the ability to support and guide others.
- Analytical and planning skills, with a focus on requirements engineering and execution.
- Excellent networking and communication skills in an international environment, particularly in English.
- Work experience in tire shopfloor processes.
- Passion for state-of-the-art technology, including hardware, software, and systems, with an understanding of their integration in complex manufacturing environments.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and plant policies while supporting additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience using SAP or other sequencing/planning platforms
- Experience in an agile development environment (e.g., SAFe) is beneficial but not necessary.
