Feladatok

  • Coordinate and drive research and development initiatives focused on sustainable materials, eco-friendly products, and circular economy principles.
  • Establish and nurture a strong sustainability network by engaging employees, suppliers, and external partners in impactful initiatives.
  • Define and oversee the sustainability roadmap for OESL, ensuring alignment with evolving market demands and environmental standards.
  • Represent and communicate our sustainability strategy to customers, while initiating and managing collaborative projects with a strong focus on sustainability and circular innovation.
  • Act as a key interface between Development, ESH (Environment, Safety & Health), Suppliers, and Customers to foster cross-functional collaboration and sustainable progress.

Profilja

  • Master's degree in technical studies, preferably in Chemistry, Polymer, or Material Science.
  • Several years of experience in sustainability, life cycle assessment, and circular economy.
  • Desired experience in the formulation of elastomeric and plastic materials.
  • Experience with automotive customers.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
  • Strong intercultural skills.
  • Experience working with international project teams.
