Customer Order Desk (COD) Specialist

• Ordering of goods to Continental supplying plants and external suppliers.
• Sending of the right goods to the customers in time.
• Inventory checking and optimizing.
• Close monitoring of customer rating by using and maintaining customer portals.
• Frequent contacts to supplying plants, customers and business areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Explicit orientation to cost effective use of resources / processes.
• Main customer communication channel for logistic topics.
• Inventory and LoCo KPI management.
• Escalation function internally and externally.
• BA SCM reporting.

• Working experience more than 3 years
• 2 years working experience mandatory in logistics field, related import or export operation
• 2 years working experience preferred in automotive sector
• Business English skill
• OA skill (excel for Vlookup/ Pivot table, PPT, Outlook/Teams
• Teamwork oriented mindset
