Product Development Process

Working as PD Process you will have the responsibility of steering the following activities:

▪ Develop design processes and training guides for the PD group in alignment with Technology and Quality
▪ Analyze and support the roll-out of the software platforms and tools to be used for new PD projects
▪ Create, maintain and adapt development processes in the regional/local product life cycle (PLC), reduce work instructions to the limit
▪ Work with counterpart job functions in the ISL BA to standardize functions and activities
▪ Ensures that organization policies are understood and properly interpreted and administered in the region
▪ Safeguard compliance with legal, safety and quality regulations 

• Technical knowledge of elastomer products and their application
• Vast experience developing processes for standardized work
• Advanced Project Management skills
• Advanced knowledge of Product Life Cycle application
• Academic degree in Science or Engineering
• > 5 years work experience in a product manufacturing and/or development environment
• Fluency in business english is mandatory
