Tax junior analyst - Invoice processing

The Tax analyst will be responsible to post the invoices in the ERP system and related subjects to incoming invoices;

Clarifying questions and support the internal customers/stakeholders;

Supporting in the importation process as processing invoices according to the business scenarios;

Cross-checking tax G/L accounts against tax bookings in order to reconcile;

Creation of complementary import nota fiscal according to the business scenarios;

Delivering of legal obligation to the authorities as recognition of nota fiscal (manifestação do destinatário).

Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related areas;

Knowledge in Excel and SAP ERP;

Previous experience in Tax incoming invoices
