KAM OEM AS & Business Development Romania - Tires


  • Develop the sales and partnership with OEM AS customers (headquarters and dealers) in the area of responsibility, in line with the sales strategy
  • Preparing contracts, quotations, tenders, sales/marketing campaigns, yearly plans, condition structure, price analysis, statistics, market analysis, evaluations, use CRM as reporting tool
  • Continuous control of yearly plan fulfillment (volumes, margins, spending's, marketing budget, credit management, etc.)
  • Close cooperation with MDM department concerning forecast, availability and distribution
  • Collecting, analyzing market information continuously, following market developments and the competition during the year and initiate necessary arrangements in sales plans (forecasting)
  • Develop the knowledge of the customers to adapt commercial operations, consult them on market trends, our brand and product portfolio
  • Ownership of business development concept, increase penetration, ensure process fulfillment and pro-active support for KAMs (RO) and customers (RO) in using the business development tools
  • Support for reporting and business case preparation for Business Development on regional (SEE) level
  • Continuous demand to grow and learn, participate in professional trainings

  • Must be located in the South-East part of Romania
  • Customer relationship oriented and networking skills
  • Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Leadership personality and high level of self-drive
  • MS Office
  • University degree (e.g. Technical Engineering, Economics, Finance);
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
  • Experience in tires sales is considered a big advantage
