Specialist IT Service Management (m/f/d) - REF32582S

In your role as IT Service Management Specialist (m/f/d), you will drive the transformation of the Tires IT organization towards customer and service orientation. You will design and implement the required standard IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools to empower the Tire IT to achieve the best possible support for the business processes of the Tires Sector. 

In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:

• Forwarding of divisional requirements from the CCs/regions/locations to the cross-sectoral committees
• Implementation and driving of defined goals from ITSM and quality management at the level of the Group Sector Tires
• Reporting and continuous improvement of services and processes in the Tires sector on the basis of governance rules and standards from ITSM and quality management
• Coordination of the ITSM organization / community within the Tires IT
• Marketing and communication of ITSM / quality management content and benefits
• Rollout planning and coordination of ITSM projects in Tires IT
• Implementation and management of a divisional service catalog & portfolio
• Support and advice to the Tires ITSM community on all topics related to the complete IT service lifecycle
• Participation in tests of new functions and releases within the Conti ITSM tool environment

• Academic degree in computer science, business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification in another technical field or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of work experience in IT
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in ITSM / ITIL (at least ITIL Foundation certification) and appropriate tools
• Thorough knowledge in the field of IT quality management and corresponding tools
• Thorough knowledge and experience in the field of software development and IT operations (DevOps) and corresponding tools
• Experience in the implementation of IT projects
• Conceptual and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work self-reliant and self driven
• Professional working proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)

The job in numbers: You are going to work 37.5 hours a week in a team of 3 people. We offer 30 days of vacation per year.
