• Industrialize new technologies and new production projects
• Ensure the interface between the factory and R&D as a partner
• Provide the necessary technical support by leading industrialization activities and improvement measures
• Ensures the testing of new products and new technologies in accordance with R&D requests and factory objectives
• Leads problem solving activities and industrialization projects in the plant.
• Propose optimal technical solutions

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical engineering, Electric and computers Engineer (Industrial Automation), Mechatronics or similar studies;
• Strong English skills (written and spoken);
• Knowledge in camera production is an advantage;
• Project management and problem solving methods;
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

• Process and quality-oriented mindset;
• Self-reliance in dealing with customers & suppliers on site;
• Good networking and communication skills;
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
