Engineering Project Lead - Manufacturing Systems

This Technical Project Leader is responsible for rollout of the TIGER (Tires Global Manufacturing Execution & Recipe System Rollout) project within PLT and TT relating to the machine integration and engineering to the plant business systems. Administration and coordination in planning, organizing, and implementing of all engineering tasks related to the project. Responsibilities include cost estimating, financial control, project planning and scheduling, design review and contract award. Keep all necessary plant personnel informed on technical project status. Act as a liaison with central engineering and central purchasing on project coordination and status. Close co-operation with the MTV TIGER Business leader and WW TIGER Team.
1. Work directly with the Business Project Leader for the TIGER project rollout in PLT and TT. TIGER is the replacement of SFI/Legacy systems and includes CSMI, CGMS, CGRS integration to production equipment.
2. CRs & PO creation, follow up, and forecasting
3. Technical Problem definitions to have proper support
4. Development of project schedules and ensures timetables, critical paths, and benchmarks are met.
5. Coordinating purchase orders, deliveries, and production start-ups with production control.
6. Project capital budget project planning and prioritizing.
7. Ensure communication between all involved parties including but not limited to engineering, process, IE, production, quality, IT, and Digital Services.
8. Coordination between system integrators, local Digital Services and Maintenance department
9. Test Center (Pilots, Back office) coordination and setup

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree
-Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing facility
-Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, electrical or computer
-Minimum of 5 years in a Tire Manufacturing facility
