Feladatok
1. Responsible for managing Asia SCM KPI: Inventory TR and Log Cost.
2. Monitor Inventory TR performance and track work progress.
3. Identify Improvement Areas and define Activities for Improvements within A SCM Asia and Plant SCM
4. Set up platform and network to support internally and externally regarding communication, trainings, analyses, reporting, etc.
5. Analyze and optimize internal and cross-organizational supply chain processes
6. Define supply chain optimization potentials and lead or support in such projects
7. Support the plants in issues and problems regarding execution of performance actions.
8. Generates regular system-supported evaluations about SCM Performance (e.g. Planning Quality, Stock related master data setting, etc.)
9. Work together with business users and internal/external technical development team, facilitate the digitalization projects
10. Conduct requirements walkthroughs with IT teams and customers to ensure accuracy and completeness
11. Analyze current business data, establish BI when necessary
12. Find chance to improve current data quality and optimize data flow
13. Facilitate other innovative digitalization projects like digital twins, machine learning in supply chain area
Profilja
Job Requirements:
1. 5 years or above years plant supply chain working experience, planning/digital supply chain experience & FMCG industry is preferred
2. Basic knowledge in supply chain, data mining, information technology management
3. Knowledge on Power BI/KNIME/RPA or other BI application is an advantage.
4. Strong analytical skills, quick learner
5. Detailed Oriented, high responsibility, problem diagnosis ability.
6. Excellent communication skill with technical sense, have ability to prioritize and handle multi-tasks
7. Passion in supply chain digitalization, eager to explore new things
