Business Process Specialist Material Flow and Warehouse

- Definition of SCM-Business Processes with focus on Material Flow and Warehouse
- Responsibility to safeguard the global template with focus on driving the decision making process related to change requests including the alignment with affected departments (Business & IT)
-  Drive process improvement while ensuring the conformity to the global template
-  Supervision of the realization of processes and solution incl. communication of adaptations for effected plants
- Creation and presentation of status reports about own project to steering boards and / or change manager
- Global responsibility for document management, especially creation and maintenance of blueprint documents, training materials and master test scripts
 - Global responsibility for sustainability, including Incident Management (2nd Level Support) and conduction of trainings via the A SCM Academy
- Analysis of trends and location requirement to design new processes and solutions in the area of material flow and warehouse

- Academic degree in the field of Business Economics, Logistics / SCM, Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification
- Profound experiences in Supply Chain Management (Source, Make, Deliver, Material Flow and Warehouse) with dedicated experience in the area of Material Flow and Warehouse
- Very good knowledge and skills in SAP IM / WM 
- Profound experience in project management
- Methodical knowledge about process analysis and design (e.g. value stream mapping / design, process mapping)
- Experience with all O365-tools required for the efficient support of Virtual Teamwork and Management
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Skills in moderation and presentation techniques
- Team player, strong communication skills and intercultural experiences
- ca. 30 % Willingness to travel (international)

- Operational Experience in plant material flow and warehousing as project leader or team leader desirable

- Knowledge about SAP EWM is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
