Customer Service Specialist


  • Competent handling of all incoming requests (via phone, chat, and E-Mail) from existing or potential customers (inbound) in compliance with KPI’s
  • Appointment allocation and consultation for all tire and rim products
  • Order processing and coordination for major car service customers
  • Solution oriented support for internal customers in case of questions and problems
  • Review and processing of orders in the area online sales
  • Processing of complaints
  • Participation in trainings for the knowledge extension of our products and processes


  • Sales apprenticeship with first work experience in service-centers or customer service
  • High level of customer- and service orientation
  • Product knowledge in the areas tires, rims and accessories
  • Experience in customer service and the handling of ERP/CRM systems
  • Affinity for IT required
  • First experience in auto services is a plus
  • Safe handling of MS-Office programs
  • Very good German and English written and oral language skills
  • High team orientation as well as an independent, thorough, and structured working method
  • Friendly and binding communication skills
