As a System Test Engineer, you will be responsible for system level testing supporting development, application and validation of Electronic Suspension Systems. You will be working as part of global engineering teams including Continental and its customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English (Speaking / Writing)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Demonstrated problem solving and communication skills
- Demonstrated quality deliverables and customer orientation
- Demonstrated passion, dedication and commitment
- Ability to travel throughout the year
- Valid driving license
- Valid Passport & USA Visa
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 2 or more years of experience working in automotive development
- Knowledge in vehicle data acquisition and networking
- Knowledge in vehicle mechanics, electronics and dynamics
- Experience with vehicle dynamics, chassis or suspension development
- Advanced vehicle driving and judgment skills
- Experience in FSAE, racing or similar activities
- Hands-on experience

Core Responsibilities:
- Understand legal, customer and internal system requirements for Electronic Suspension Systems including air suspension and active damping
- Understand system function and capabilities
- Create development, application and validation test plans considering all inputs
- Establish test specifications and test cases for vehicle and/or vehicle simulation test stands
- Execute required testing in vehicle and/or on vehicle simulation test stands
- Acquire, analyze, summarize, report and archive data assuring traceability to requirements
- Identify, drive and assure resolution for any nonconformities vs. requirements or in timing
- Coordinate allocation, setup and maintenance of test vehicles and/or vehicle simulation test stands
- Support internal air suspension component and external customer vehicle manufacturing operations
- Generate trip and test reports
