Commercial Management

  • Preparation and recommendation of commercial based Customer Sales Team (CST) decisions
  • Executing all activities in terms of customer master data changes (New DUNS, address, brands, legal entity, EDI) 
  • Analyzing, verifying and reporting of all sales and financial data (e.g. sales, order intake, Strategic Sales Plan, Light Vehicles, A/R, customer profitability, contracted productivity,...) as basis for preparation of decision making
  • Supporting the digitalization and efficiency by being a multiplicator within the organization
  • Tracking of business opportunities in alignment with customer strategy
  • Analyzing and tracking Customer profitability and the Customer commercial performance in general
  • Tracking and plausibility check of Sales & volume development - Scenario Management
  • Preparing all proactive and escalation actions in terms of overdue reduction and cash flow optimization
  • Developing, coordinating and driving customer-specific internal and external handling of invoicing (proactive A/R Management)
  • Active tracking and monitoring of A/R related customer KPIs (DSO, overdue)
  • Coordinating and clarifying customer-specific open A/R positions as well as initiating and supporting Customer Account Management (CAM)
  • Fostering best practice sharing and training on customer-specific knowledge in regards of A/R management

Customer Contracts and Standard Management

  • Ensuring complete contract storage within related contractual databases (e.g., LeO / Customer Relation Management)
  • Customizing templates and mutual alignment processes for quotation and cross Business Area quote affairs (e.g., Cost Break Downs, R&D deep dives, hourly rates,…)

Customer Experience

  • Developing, providing and maintaining customer-specific training concepts and information packages for the onboarding of internal/external stakeholders  
  • Identifying training needs for the Customer Sales Teams (CST) and definine training plans and content with Sales Academy
  • Coordinating and consolidating Customer Experience related activities for AS&M (PMT) including inputs for Customer Portfolio (Strategy)


  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics and/or Finance or comparable qualification
  • Several years of job experience in Sales, Finance and/or Controlling in an international environment
  • Experience in Automotive market environment desirable
  • CRM experience desirable
  • Very good handling with MS Office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
  • Business fluent English and German language skills (spoken and written)
