HR & Wellness Intern (IDX: 2023-00008)


Support day-to-day administrative and coordination work to the department
In charge of filing, data entry and administrative duties
Assist in key areas of HR shared service functions e.g. attending to employees' queries/requests relating to HR policies, benefits administration, letters preparation
Provide support on Talent Acquisition & Hiring process e.g. job posting, contract management and pre-onboarding
Planning and coordination of wellness initiatives and activities 



Have passion & eagerness to learn new things in HR Admin;
Have integrity, attention to details and high quality of work;
Have customer orientation & strong communication skills;
Responsible and team-oriented;
Independent learner and proactive problem solver
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
