•   Plan and align technology strategy in production
•   Harmonize technologies (machine, method, material) worldwide
•   Initialize and lead harmonization projects
•   Standardization and continuous improvement of existing technologies in Operations
•   Support worldwide ramp of new technologies and design for manufacturing
•   Setup and maintain network of technology partners
•   Ensure benchmark and transfer of best practices
•   Support in case of local crisis issues
•   Map required technology competencies of plants
•   Foster gap closure, know how transfer and training
•   Create and align roadmap for (new) technologies
•   Scan market trends and involve internal and external suppliers
•   Evaluate and introduce new technologies and products

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• University degree in technical field (preferably SW related)
• Experience in a plant IE or testing department > 7 years in a field related testing and programming. Ideally in a plant IE with focus on EOL tester.
• Know-how functional test (EOL) body controller, Zone controller, etc.
• Know-how in managing of test systems 
• Expertise in software programming in TestExec, TestStand, Skript
• Project Experience in technology field > 5 years (technology project, process implementation project etc.)
• English communication mandatory (international network and teams)
• Experience in working with international teams
• Preferred experience working abroad
• Understanding of different foreign cultures
