Talent Acquisition Specialist
**Position can sit at one of our Tire Plant locations in the US (Mt. Vernon, IL, Sumter, SC or Clinton, MS)
The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for our Tire Manufacturing sites. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
The TA Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. The talent acquisition specialist will partner with hiring managers and human relations departments to recruit the best qualified and best fit candidates for job vacancies.
This position will fully support reqts from start to finish and will not have a TA coordinator to help with interview scheduling, onboarding etc.
- 5+ years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience
- Engineering (mechanical, electrical) recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology or related degree
- Strong ATS experience
- Experience handling competing requisitions and deadlines across multiple locations
- Position can sit at one of our Tire Plant locations in the US (Mt. Vernon, IL, Sumter, SC or Clinton, MS)
- Travel up to 15% of the time, domestic, sometimes internationally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future, for this job opening
