IT Recruitment Intern

In the Continental AM Budapest Artificial Intelligence Development Center, we are creating the next generation of software solutions to power safety-critical systems and enable autonomous driving features in new vehicles around the globe. We are working towards Vision Zero, a goal to eliminate thousands of fatal accidents happening every day on the world’s roads. Our aim is to develop cutting edge techniques that sense and understand the vehicle environment.

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Intern to join our team and be part of our exciting hiring projects! You'll gain comprehensive recruitment knowledge, covering administrative tasks to advanced headhunting techniques. As a member of the HR team, your tasks are:

• Participating in end-to-end HR recruitment activities
• Active sourcing of candidates, especially in the IT field (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Phone screening of candidates both in Hungarian and in English
• Providing an excellent candidate experience through the interview process: handling technical tasks, scheduling interviews, participating on interviews and giving feedback to the candidates
• Pre-boarding activities to make sure our future employees are well-informed and ready to join our company
• Recruitment related admin tasks: handling candidates in our ATS, managing CV database and emlpoyee referrals, preparing HR reports in Excel, handling job ads

• Ongoing studies at a Hungarian university for 1 year at least in a related area: Economics, HR, psychology, etc.
• Fluency in English language, both writing and speaking
• Able to work 24 hours/week

• Knowledge of Hungarian language
• Recruitment related experience is a big plus
• Work independently, accomplish the tasks accurately and precisely
• Have team player attitude and good communication skills
