Targets of Position 职位目标
- Ensure production line working smoothly .and reduce the quipment downtime rate, update and upgrade the equipment, reduce the cycle time production line, control the cost of spare part.
确保产线稳定运行，并且减少设备停机率，更新和升级设备，降低产线节拍，以及控制备件费用。Main Tasks 主要职责
- Plan preventive maintenance and downtime control ; participate quality improvement;
制定预防性维修与停机时间控制,参与质量改善；
- BE Machine repair and spare parts management; Documentation release
后道设备修理和备件管理；设备文件的编辑
- Support project team; participate in the production line set-up & release
支持项目组;参与生产线的架设及释放
- Support CASS Continuous Improvement Process，involve in process control and improvement;
支持CASS持续改进 ，参与部分工艺控制和改进；
- Implement SAP PM System;
执行SAP PM 系统。

Profile 概况
Education 教育程度
- Colleage degree or above, major in mechanical engineering,electronic&information engineering, electric engineering& Automation or others engineering background;
- 本科以上学历；主修机械工程，电子信息工程，电气工程及其自动化或其它工程类专业。
Professional Experience & skills 工作经验及技能
- Good oral and written English skill;
良好的英文口语和书面；
- Good skill of computer operation;
良好的计算机操作技能。
- Good team work spirit.
良好的团队合作能力。
