Internship HR System Operations (8h)

Your tasks

This internship will be in our Global HR Services – HR Systems Operations team, responsible for sustaining and supporting operations and processes for all HR Systems.

You will support the processes and tasks related to MasterData/ MyHR

Your tasks include:

  • Ensure and control defined support processes to keep service level agreements (incident management, access management, standard change requests);
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve knowledge and training materials
  • Participate in global projects and ensure communication to the relevant stakeholders
  • Close co-operation with the team members
  • Support the team with daily tasks

Your profile

Qualifications

  • University student of HR, Psychology or Computer Sciences/IT
  • Availability to work full-time (8 hours/day);
  • English – minimum B2 (spoken & written);
  • Attention to details;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Curiosity, persistence and willingness to learn and develop.
