Planning

  • Responsible to ensure strategic plant allocation in co-ordination with Global Tire Sourcing. (PLT only)
  • Steer Structural Capacity Management and Production FC for the plants in the region according to BU targets.
  • Responsible for rolling, optimal production planning according to sales targets, considering R&O and financial effects.
  • Support decision process for production priorities and communicate priorities in case of shortages 
  • Steering of Dual sourcing / Flex articles across APAC plants in order to balance production capacities across BU.
  • Maintain SCM systems accordingly to have the correct plant - market sourcing splits each week for flex articles.

Operations

  • Responsible to balance PSI according to targets, evaluate & steer all relevant SCM Parameters in co-operation with CDIM (optimum fill rate vs. cost targets).
  • Responsible to ensure availability and delivery of customer orders according to requirements.
  • Repeated mold order confirmation and checking between plants and GTS.
  • Check market shortage risk to GTS due to SOP delay.
  • Coordinating mold transfer between plants Operations.
  • Responsible to implement KPIs to steer performance and development of the department to increase customer service levels & Support plants to improve KPI results.
  • Responsible to ensure alert management of manufacturing issues and actively identify supply shortages
  • Responsible to steer and mange phase in/phase out, including transfers. Example Gen 7 introduction
  • Responsible to ensure all relevant regular reporting for the business steering.
  • Introduction of new tools and processes (example TLB), development of new reporting platforms (example Power BI reports) Continuous Improvements.
  • Responsible to establish continuous improvement activities in the Supply chain (processes, structures and Organization)
  • Training of plant & market colleagues on new tools, processes and systems (when needed)
  • Strategy Support SCO in updating 5 year Manufacturing Footprint for APAC plants (PLT) each quarter inline with the latest market updates including R&O and inputs from controlling. 
  • Plan further flexibility needed between plants based on the 5 year overview considering factors like plant complexity, equipments, compounds and cost while protecting interests of the customers and OE together with GTS.
  • Weekly update on running flexibility tasks, production loading to regional / central GTS teams.

Votre profil

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering or Masters Degree / Specialization Supply Chain Management.
  • 3-5 years minimum in Managerial function in Supply Chain or Production (e.g. Production Manager, Plant Operations Manager, Key Supply Chain Planner, Market Demand Manager).
  • MS Office knowledge (expert in Excel).  SAP, PBI as advantage.
  • Experience working in different intercultural environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
