Maintenance Team Leader - Tires

Vos activités

  • Supervises and coordinates the maintenance activities in the area of ​​responsibility, respecting the priorities established by the direct supervisor by involving craftsmen;
  • Ensures the knowledge and application of labor protection (including LOTO), environmental protection, fire protection rules and internal procedures by craftsmen;
  • Keeps the time management of craftsmen in order to fulfill the daily plan, including the relationship with HR;
  • Coordinates of preventive maintenance and MTC (Machine Tolerance Check), of ​​planned works and remediation of machine failures respecting the planning and priorities agreed with the production and other departments;
  • Ensures order and cleanliness in the workshop and at the machines, where maintenance activities are performed;
  • Ensures the aquisition and inventory of tools and accessories for craftsmen, in compliance with plant standards;
  • Attends area meetings and in accordance with those established with the superior, takes over the tasks for the team and organizes the implementation with the craftsmen;
  • Ensures, in cooperation with engineers, that the necessary spare parts for the planned interventions are available;
  • Gets involved and ensures craftsmen involvement in completing the MBR (Major Breakdown Report);
  • Offers support for implementing technical improvement proposals (energy efficiency, quality, equipment efficiency);
  • Carries out periodic labor safety training for craftsmen under direct supervision;
  • Ensures craftsmen availability for training plan fulfillment without impact on daily activities.

Votre profil

  • Technical Specialized High school;
  • Minimum 2 years maintenance experience or in a similar position;
  • At least 1 year experience on leading people position and/or project management;
  • English - minimum B1;
  • Office 365;
  • SAP - is a plus.
