Your tasks

For our Automotive Engineering team at the location Hanover-Stöcken, we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) starting February/March 2026. The position comes with a working time of 20 hours per week for at least 12 months and with the following tasks: 

  • Coordinate ongoing initiatives related to technical and quality requirements management
  • Develop and propose sustainable processes for managing technical and quality requirements
  • Oversee the complete prototype ordering process for all customer orders
  • Evaluate and optimize current prototype order management processes, identifying areas for improvement
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Automotive Engineering team, contributing to key tasks in product development projects and quality-related topics

Your profile

  • Ongoing technical studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field of study
  • Initial experience in project management
  • Strong interest and passion for project leadership and structuring complex tasks
  • High interest in quality standards and process management
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • German and/or French language skills are an advantage
  • Analytical approach to work and good ability to logical thinking
  • Easy comprehension of complex issues
  • Attention to detail, strong self-motivation and natural curiosity to look beyond the obvious
  • Interest in taking responsabilities and bulding leadership skills
