Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Manager, Project Segment SDS, who will be responsible for Quality in customer development projects within the respective Segment
The purpose of this role is to guide the projects to a successful production launch and to meet the customers' requirements. 

  • Creation and implementation of a QM-Plan including QM elements in the project schedule
  • Supervises the processing of the QM elements and escalates, also independently of the PM, if necessary Supports the measurement of the effectivness of PLC process
  • Monitors activities of Quality related disciplines (SQE, SQA, QM Plant, QM Plant PPAP Dep.) within a project
  •  Participation in all relevant project team meetings
  • Runs audits and assesments of the project
  • Tracks PPAP component and customer PPAP status
  • Review and approval save launch
  • Coordinate/track NQC improvements along the PLC process
  • Documentation & presentation of project related Lessons Learned"                                             
  • First customer contact for Q topics within customer projects, participates in customer meetings, audits and visits (if necessary)                                                                                                   Provides regular information about project status
  • Supports implementation and roll-out of standards
  •  Lead/ support Strategic Projects on regional / global level                                                            
  • Strive for “Zero Incidents” and “Zero Accidents” by demonstrating ownership and acting as a role model for a safe envirnoment"

Votre profil

  • University Degree in Engineering
  • Additional quality education /level DGQ Q Manager, Auditor, VDA, IATF) beneficial" 
  • Experience in operations and/or Quality Management and/or R&D, strong technical background including Project Management, language skills English, second language beneficial
  • Minimum 3 years in Automotive projects, mechanical processing, injection/blow-molding, rubber technologies, assembling                                                                                                             
  • First experience in leading small sub-project teams, incl. virtual teams is beneficial              
  •  Experience of working in global teams, high interlcutural experience
