As a critical member of the Supply Chain team, you will collaborate with frontline operations, program, product, and technology teams to define and implement innovative solutions for our customers. This role demands a high level of proficiency in data retrieval, integration, visualization, and presentation to enhance the efficiency of the Tire delivery network and optimize the management of our extensive global logistics system.

  • Collaborate with leadership to extract and analyze critical data for developing supply chain solutions
  • Provide strategic support to the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets
  • Transform complex data into actionable business intelligence
  • Manage large datasets, automate data extraction processes, and develop comprehensive monitoring and reporting dashboards
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of outlier events in conjunction with internal stakeholders
  • Identify and address root causes of business challenges while proactively seeking forward-looking opportunities
  • Optimize order processes to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, inventory structure, article availability, and backorder management
  • Facilitate effective decision-making by aggregating data from multiple sources and presenting it in a clear, actionable format
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with sales representatives, marketing product managers, and pricing specialists
  • Deliver complex analyses and insights to stakeholders and business leaders through clear verbal and written communication
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues, particularly direct-ship coordinators
  • Continuously enhance personal capabilities to meet the evolving demands of the role
  • Demonstrate strong people management skills
  • Commit to ongoing learning and skill development in emerging technologies and analytical techniques
  • Actively participate in internal audits and implement necessary actions

Votre profil

- Bachelor degree
​​​​​​- Minimum of 7 years experience in Demand Planning in SCM or Logistics 
- Advanced SAP/ IT( Excel/ Word/ Power Point, etc) skill, experience using very large datasets
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years program or project management experience
- Has demonstrated tenacity/ persistence. Has track record of success.
- Business Use of English with international colleagues
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization, 3 years experience
- Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
