  • Industrial Cleaning Management: Responsible for managing the industrial cleaning contract, ensuring proper execution and high-quality standards. The role involves routine performance checks, implementation of hygiene protocols, and continuous improvement of cleanliness conditions in all production and non-production areas of the factory;
  • Industrial Landscaping and Outdoor Area Management: Coordinates and supervises all activities related to green space maintenance, including lawn mowing, tree trimming, seasonal landscaping, and overall site aesthetics. Ensures proper planning and timely execution of all outdoor-related services;
  • Canteen Services Management: Oversees the performance of the canteen services provider to ensure food safety, hygiene, service quality, and employee satisfaction. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to address issues and implement improvements where necessary;
  • Deratization and Disinsection: Ensures all control services are executed as scheduled and meet regulatory and company standards. Monitors treatment results and works with vendors to adjust plans based on observed issues or risks;
  • Contract Management and Supplier Coordination: Manages all facility-related service contracts, including negotiating terms, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Acts as a single point of contact for vendors and escalates issues when necessary;
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintains direct communication with area supervisors and production leads to identify hygiene or facility-related issues and coordinate immediate corrective actions;
  • Continuous Improvement and Reporting: Identifies improvement opportunities, proposes optimization projects, and provides regular performance reports to the Plant Management Team regarding facility services;
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for all activities within the area of responsibility, ensuring cost optimization while maintaining service quality. Proactively propose investment plans aimed at improving service standards and operational efficiency.

Votre profil

  • English language - B2 (written and spoken);
  • Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint);
  • Proven negotiation skills for vendor and contract management;
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal customers at all levels;
  • Conflict mediation abilities, especially in operational or service-related disputes;
  • High attention to detail and quality standards;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and industrial environment;
  • Logical mindset;
  • University degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or a related technical field;
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
