Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Lead the coordination of customs performance activities across plants, brokers, and stakeholders from all group sectors
- Serve as a central point of contact between plant operations and the EMEA customs team, ensuring timely alignment and support
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Define and implement key KPIs for customs operations, budget tracking, logistics cost control, and declaration quality
- Monitor performance regularly and provide clear, data-driven reports to senior management
- Ensure continuous alignment with regional customs strategy and compliance goals
Continuous Improvement & Project Support
- Identify opportunities for optimization and lead initiatives that improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops, conduct gap analyses, and present high-level insights and business cases to management
Process & Data Management
- Ensure accurate data handling in customs systems and maintain proper documentation and archiving
- Oversee non-operational customs processes, ensuring they meet best-in-class standards
Cost Oversight
- Perform monthly reviews and analyses of customs and logistics-related costs
- Cross-check data with internal stakeholders and deliver comprehensive cost reports to leadership
Internal Communication & Knowledge Sharing
- Develop and implement a communication strategy for customs service providers
- Promote best-practice sharing across the region through regular exchanges and updates

Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in customs, logistics, or international trade operations
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly across functions and seniority levels
- Proficiency in process improvement and performance management tools
- A collaborative, solution-oriented approach and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
