Accountant (Fix Assets)

• Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls.
• Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties.
• Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards.
• Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others.
• To maintain / assist the daily operational activities of Asset Accounting modules. Monitor all ICO transfer in / out of assets and assets retirements, scrapping and sales.
• To carry out the month end closing for Asset Accounting.
• To assist in the monthly FIRE reporting activities.
• To ensure the AMD is updated for all equipment including LVA/Office supplies.
• To complete the monthly GL reconciliation schedules of Fixed Assets.
• To update and monitor the fixed asset movements and register maintenance for disposal, transfers, asset valuation and write-offs.
• To liaise with inter-companies for PPE and Molds transfer in and out including invoice billings.
• To complete all transfer reconciliation with confirmation directly to partner companies Power User FI-AA, support LKU FI-AA.
• To conduct the Asset Inventory exercise every year with clear defined areas scheduled.
• To liaise with Engineering for Plant Equipment List are updated and reconciled to FAR monthly upon asset creation.
• To update the PasAM and labels are generated with tagging exercise completed regularly.
• To carry out any other job assign by superior from time to time. 
• To ensure all internal controls with financial implications are strictly complied to.
• To compliance to ICS reporting and carry out tasks as per superior instructions every quarterly.
• To assist in Physical Stock Counts as required.
• To observe and carry out 5S and CR activities.
• To carry out any other jobs assign from superior.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• 3 years of relevant professional experience in Account Payable, Account Fix Assets.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
• Good command of English
