As Head of Transfer Pricing (m/f/diverse), you will be the Global Lead of Transfer Pricing, leading an Expert Transfer Pricing Team and being the first point of contact for all Transfer Pricing topics in the group.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

  • First point of contact for all Transfer Pricing topics in group
  • Enhance worldwide Transfer Pricing policies in close coordination with business
  • Monitor international developments of Transfer Pricing policies
  • Initiate, develop and implement Transfer Pricing projects for group
  • Contribute Transfer Pricing knowledge in special projects, including M&A activities
  • Coordinate and optimize intercompany charging
  • Responsibility for worldwide Transfer Pricing documentation
  • Improve and facilitate documentation processes
  • Ownership for all transfer pricing tax disputes, including bilateral/multilateral dispute resolution proceedings
  • Initiate and implement training of group companies regarding Transfer Pricing

Votre profil

The ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) will possess the following qualifications:

  • Academic degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar, including graduation as "Diplom-Finanzwirt", or Law
  • Many years of experience in a tax advisory company, in-house tax department of multinational entities or tax authorities with the in the fields of transfer pricing
  • Excellent knowledge of German and international transfer pricing principles
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills as well as independent way of working
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment, excellent analytical and communication skills as well as team spirit attitude
  • Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
