NCC2 Warranty Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical NCC2 Warranty Intern to join our team in La Tijera, Mexico. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in warranty analysis and quality control processes within our organization.

• Assist in analyzing warranty claims data to identify trends and patterns
• Support the warranty team in processing and reviewing warranty claims
• Help maintain accurate warranty records and documentation
• Participate in quality control meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret warranty-related information
• Prepare reports and presentations on warranty performance metrics
• Assist in developing and implementing warranty policies and procedures
• Support the team in customer communication regarding warranty issues

• Active student: Industrial Engineering (similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Basic understanding of warranty processes and quality control concepts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
