Digital Solutions Manager & ERP Key User (m/f/d) at Vergölst GmbH - limited for two years - REF81088D

• Planning, coordination and execution of the ERP system TopM by Vergölst rollout
• Support of daily operations through first-level support
• Design and implementation of appropriate training measures
• Further development of TopM by Vergölst based on the requirements of franchise partners and the Vergölst strategy
• Design and implement digital offer strategy in eligment with IT and further interfaces and stakeholders 
• Further development of internal interfaces (TradePortal, FleetPartner, B2C online shop)
• Further development of the purchasing platform (TradePortal)
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of a Vergölst franchise customer portal
• Analysis of market-relevant innovations and developments in the ERP and AI sectors
• Support for franchise ERP and AI projects

• Education in the field of Business Administration/Information Systems (Bachelor/Master or Diploma)
• Several years of professional experience in the commercial sector, preferably in the tire trade
• Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable
• Experience in process management and project management
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Didactic skills for imparting specialized knowledge
• High level of commitment and excellent self-organization
• Willingness to travel (up to 20 percent)
