Mixing Material Handler

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

You will contribute to the Mixing Team by:

• Consistently mixing all tire components as required and and by knowing the required specs. and following safety and quality standards.

• Assisting with Mixer operations as needed, including sequencing, exchange of pallets, rubber containers, and control panel operations

• Expertly communicating various Mixing personnel to ensure operations are disabled

• Working with various technology in the Mixing production Process

• Assist with exchange of pallets, containers, and trolleys

• Following all plant policies, environmental policies, and departmental safety policies.

• Performing other duties as directed by the shift leaders or management team.

THE ENVIRONMENT

• Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as  (i.e., safety glasses, hearing protection, protective covering).

• All new hires will be required be placed on a evening or weekend shift, etc.) 

• The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. 

• This role is within a climate-controlled facility. 

• The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

HS diploma /GED

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT

1-3 year experience in manufacturing preferred

Forklift driving experience preferred.

Willing to work 8 and 12 hour rotating shifts – days and nights.
