Process Setting Operator (Calendaring)

Responsible to continuously monitor and maintain the process settings of the production machines, to ensure that the product-specifications are within defined tolerances. Conduct capability studies, process trials and root-cause analyses in order to improve technical processes with respect to process capability, 
-efficiency and -scrap. All functions of respective Business team:
Machine Operators, Maintenance, Quality, Product Industrialization, ESH, Industrial Engineering.
Interfaces to Process team in other Business team areas

• Degree from Technical Collage or comparable insitute
• min. 2 years experience in manufacturing plant, preferrably in tire manufacturing
