Die operator

Responsible to Hot preparation & Apex extruder machine. Die operator has to produce new industrialzation produce (ETO/ISD & etc.) with good quality within time and safety and maintain extruder tooling readiness.
Responsible for Tread, Sidewall and Apex extruder tooling both of new industrialization and in serial production. Position has ditrect influence with new production introduction, production time and RWWO.

-Degree from Technical Collage or comparable institute.
-Min. 2 years experience in manufacturing plant, preferably in tire manufacturing.
-5 Axis CNC (Haas) machine operation is prefered.
-Solidworks program drawing is prefered.
-EDM wire cut (Fanuc) machine operation is prefered.
-Manual operation (Filing, Drilling, Brass welding, Threading) is prefered.
