IT Service and Quality Manager

As an IT Service and Quality Manager you will design and implement quality assurance problem reporting processes and systems. You will analyze deficiencies in service or performance and recommend product or service improvements to address problems, create and implement defect reduction programs.

You will also:

• Provide the IT infrastructure Quality Management System.
• Provide support and maintenance of all rule documents and ensure compliance with all corporate IT standards and guidelines.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Support rule managers on process documentation and conduct reviews.
• Provide process performance transparency through Reporting.
• Ensure implementation of all relevant Quality governance rules available in Integrated Management System and House of Rules.
• Ensure review and approval of all internal IT Infrastructure rule documents by the IT Leadership Team.

• 1+ year of experience in ITIL and Service Management
• Customer-orientation
• Service orientation.
• 3+ years of previous experience working in a team-oriented organization within a collaborative environment.
• High self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to quality processes and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English speaking and writing.
• PowerBi skills represents a plus
